ICICI Lombard General Insurance is taking a step ahead towards customers satisfaction through technology and introducing the Live Streaming Solution named as “Smart eSurvey”.

“Smart eSurvey” will enable to settle Motor Claims for ICICI Lombard General Insurance customers on real time basis.

The major functionalities are:

• Initiate a claims : Claims can be initiated for Live Streaming

• Claims Retrieval : Claim List is having New, Ongoing and settled claims

• Schedule Call: Appointment can be done through the scheduler based on the availability of customers

• Dial Call: Live Streaming will be initiated based on schedule
